The founder
Ryan McGowan has spent a decade doing IT work in large enterprise environments. Once leaving that space, he discovered that some Managed Service Providers (MSP's) do not have their clients budgets in mind, often attempting to upsell them on hardware and software that they do not need. In some cases, he discovered that some MSP's will misdirect users, under the guise of lingo, into technology solutions that do not solve the problems they are having.
My story
I am one man with a computer and a desire to help people make better technology decisions. I have had small business owner friends get robbed for thousands of dollars with technology that they didn't need, or stuck in contracts for a year with an MSP that does not provide them with the quality of service that they deserve. I want to help you succeed in any way I can. I'm also a life long musician and would love to talk shop!

AI has had a hand in every aspect of this website. In every single place, except this paragraph, an AI has helped. Whether it's rephrasing of things I send its way, or using prompts to generate blog posts (which I verify and help write!) or even coming up with the color scheme, where to host the website, etc. I used AI to help me write a business plan out of an idea I had.
